I use an Elite Series 2 controller, and its button remapping and trigger stops get the job done for me without needing macros.

Blunt answer: You can't. Xbox doesn't support macros directly, so you're out of luck on that one.

You'd need a third-party device like a Cronus Zen or Titan One to add macros to your Xbox controller. Just be careful, as using these can get you banned in some online games!
