Just beat Wizards on Wizard Island until they drop enough spellbook pages. Assemble them at the anvil. That's it!
Just buy the pages from other players if you're too lazy to fight wizards.
From experience, it's all about battling the wizards on Wizard Island. Took me forever, but I finally got all the pages!
