To evolve Magneton into Magnezone, you need to use a Magnetic Lure Module at a PokéStop. Spin the stop and then evolve Magneton while in range!

Just get a Magnetic Lure Module, place it on a PokéStop, and evolve your Magneton nearby. Easy peasy!

Magneton won't evolve into Magnezone on its own. You gotta be near a PokéStop with a Magnetic Lure Module activated.
