Just head to the stage select screen鈥擬ushroom Kingdom levels are often right there, no unlocking needed.
Really depends on which Super Smash Bros game you're playing, but usually Mario levels are either unlocked through gameplay or immediately available.
If you're playing Super Smash Bros Ultimate, just look for the Mario stages like 'Mushroom Kingdom' or 'Peach's Castle' in the stage select menu. Easy peasy!
