Another way is to make it yourself but get ready for a bit of a grind. You'll need the recipe first, which can drop from the Scorchbeast Queen or be bought from the Enclave medical bay. Once you have the recipe, gather the necessary ingredients (Stable Flux is the tricky part) and craft it at a Chemistry Station.
