Focus on clearing the Star Chart. Unlocking and completing each node, especially the ones with bosses, packs a Mastery punch!
In my experience, just keep experimenting with new gear and maxing it out鈥擬astery XP will come naturally!
Speedrun those Junctions and Quests! They give a ton of Mastery XP. Trust me, your Rank will skyrocket.
Try leveling up new Warframes, weapons, companions, and Archwings. Each piece of gear gives you Mastery XP when it ranks up to 30.
