Honestly, the easiest way to get mentors is by grinding through the MyCareer mode. Keep playing and you'll get them eventually.
To get mentors in NBA 2K Mobile, you need to reach level 10 in MyCareer mode. Once you hit that level, your mentors will become available automatically!
Just play the game man, focusing on progressing in MyCareer. Your mentors will come along as you level up and complete milestones.
