Once you defeat him, he drops loot bags on Normal or Expert mode, and Meowmere has a chance to drop from these loot bags. It's all about luck, as the drop rate is around 11.11%. So, gear up, defeat the Moon Lord, and cross your fingers for that sweet, sweet Meowmere drop!
