Oh, meteorite hunting, are we? Here's the scoop: first, you gotta defeat the Eater of Worlds or Brain of Cthulhu. These baddies usually hang out in the Corruption or Crimson biomes. Once you've shown them who's boss, there's a good chance (50% per night) that a meteorite will grace your world the next midnight. But, and it's a big but, you gotta make sure you've also smashed at least one Shadow Orb or Crimson Heart in your world. And hey, more orbs or hearts you smash, the merrier your chances. Happy hunting!

Honestly, I tried all the methods, and yeah, defeating a boss seems necessary. Smashed a couple of those orbs too, and sure enough, got my meteor shower the next night. Make sure your world actually has orbs/hearts to break, though. Some folks forget that part.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!
