First, you gotta keep in mind Minecraft Bedrock isn't directly available on Steam, so we gotta be a bit creative. What you can do is download the Windows version of Minecraft Bedrock onto your Steam Deck, since it's basically a PC. Just boot into desktop mode, grab the game from the Microsoft Store, and voila, Minecraft Bedrock on your portable gaming beast!

Actually, the easiest way might be just to use the Linux version of Minecraft through the Steam Deck's compatibility layer. Sure, it's not the Bedrock edition straight from the source, but it runs pretty smoothly and gets you playing Minecraft on the go.

Why bother? Just enjoy the vast library of games already on Steam! Minecraft Java is there if you really need your Minecraft fix.

To play Minecraft Bedrock on Steam Deck, it's all about workarounds. Install Windows on your Steam Deck to access the Microsoft Store, or use a compatibility layer for Linux. Either way, you鈥檙e set to build and explore on the go!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
