To get Molecular Fission, you need to equip a Warframe with the Helminth System and infuse the ability from Nova. Just head over to your Helminth room and sacrifice Nova to add her abilities to the system.
Just farm Nova parts from The Raptor on Europa, build her, and then use the Helminth to transfer her abilities.
Honestly, the fastest way is to get Nova, then use the Helminth System. Takes time, but totally worth it for that sweet ability.
