You can refund Fortnite skins using the in-game refund system! Just go to Settings > Account and Privacy > Lifetime Return Requests. Keep in mind you only get three refund tokens, so use 'em wisely!
Hot take: Once you spend V-Bucks, consider that money gone. Refund tokens are just a bonus!
