To get the Moonpool in Subnautica, you need to scan fragments found in the Degasi Seabases or near wrecks. Once you have the blueprints, you can craft it using 2 Titanium Ingots, 1 Lubricant, and 1 Advanced Wiring Kit.

You have to scan two Moonpool fragments. Look around the Mushroom Forest or Sparse Reef wrecks.
