Getting more accessory slots in Terraria is all about defeating the Wall of Flesh to unlock Hardmode. Once you enter Hardmode, you'll automatically get an extra slot for your accessories. Then, for the cherry on top, go to the dungeon after beating Plantera to find the Demon Heart item in Expert or Master Mode worlds. Use it, and boom, another accessory slot is yours!
