Honestly, you can't get 'more' Castle Hearts for one castle, but you can definitely build more castles with their own hearts.

I've built three castles so far – just keep expanding, claim more land, and place a new Castle Heart for each new base.

You can't have more than one Castle Heart per castle, but you can build multiple castles! Just find new territory and plop another heart down.
