Build Resistance Comms facilities in your Avenger base and upgrade them to increase your contact capacity. Also, make sure to scan at the Resistance HQ for additional contacts!

Prioritize research on Resistance Communications and make sure to complete it quickly. Then, build Resistance Comms to manage the added contacts.

Resistance Comms is great, but you can never have too many engineers. Assign them there to boost your contact capacity. Trust me, it’s a game changer!
