Getting more Medpacks in Fallout Shelter is all about strategy! First, make sure you've got a fully functional Medbay. The larger and more upgraded your Medbay is, the more Medpacks it produces. Assigning Dwellers with high Intelligence stats to the Medbay boosts production too. Don't forget to check back often to collect the Medpacks, as production stops when storage is full.
