Hate to break it to ya, but the only way to get Revolite is through the Railjack Forge. There's no shortcut here.
Craft more Revolite by using the Forge stations on your Railjack. Just make sure you've got enough materials like Titanium and Cubic Diodes from Railjack missions.
You can gather the necessary resources by completing Empyrean missions and then use the Railjack Forge to synthesize more Revolite. I do this all the time during my missions.
