Easiest way is to go to the 'Move List' on the pause menu during a match. All the moves for your character will be listed there!
Practice Mode is your best friend! Not only can you find the moves in the pause menu, but you can also practice executing them. Trust me, muscle memory is key.
You can also try the Fatalities and Brutalities in the 'Finishing Moves' section. Nothing like ending a match with style!
