When you're in-game, simply hit ALT+TAB to switch out of the game and then back in. Poof, problem solved!

Quick fix: hold down the right mouse button, then press 'M' to bring up the map, release the right mouse button, and close the map. Worked for me!

Maybe you're playing PUBG Mobile on a PC emulator? Just hit 'Control + Shift + Tab' to release your mouse. Works like a charm.

You can try pressing the 'Esc' key to bring up the menu, then click back into the game. SHOULD reset your cursor.
