I usually farm Mutagen Samples on Deimos while doing bounties. For Antigen, make sure you have your Helminth Lab up and running with the right resources.
Mutagen Samples are easiest to farm on Eris, from missions like 'Oestrus.' For Antigen, you have to head to your Helminth Lab for some bio-crafting.
