To get mutations in Fallout 76, start by exposing your character to high levels of radiation. This can be done by hanging around in radiated areas or consuming items that increase your radiation levels. Remember, not all mutations are helpful, and you might get something... interesting. If you end up with something you don't want, you can cure it with RadAway. But careful, that can cure your mutation too!

Another method to get specific mutations you actually want in Fallout 76 is by buying Serums. These can be found from other players or at the Enclave bunker. They're pricey but give you the exact mutation you're after without the roulette game of radiation exposure.

Jump into a pool of nuclear waste and hope for the best! Just kidding, sorta. Seriously though, expose yourself to radiation for a chance at mutations, or buy Serums if you're looking for something specific. And remember, mutations can be a double-edged sword!
