If your notes disappeared, it might be worth clearing your app cache in the settings. I had the same issue, and this fixed it for me!
Try reinstalling the app! Sometimes a fresh install can bring back missing features or notes.
Report it to Instagram support. Sometimes it's a glitch on their end, and they can help out.
You probably just need to wait. Instagram rolls out updates and features gradually, so it might just be a matter of time.
