First, try the 'Forgot Password or Username' option on the Roblox login page. If you still can't access your account, contact Roblox support with as much information as possible, like your account creation date, any previous usernames, and payment receipts if you bought Robux.

I had the same issue, and Roblox support helped me out. Just give them details like your old email, account creation date, and any receipts if you have them. They were pretty quick to respond!
