To get Mystique in Fortnite, you needed to reach Level 80 in Chapter 2, Season 4's Battle Pass (Marvel themed). Unfortunately, if you didn't unlock her then, you can't get her now.

Mystique was part of the Chapter 2, Season 4 Battle Pass. Sorry, she's not available anymore.

Only available in Chapter 2, Season 4. If you missed it, your best bet is hoping for her to return in the item shop someday.
