Getting a Mythril Anvil in Terraria is pretty straightforward, but it does require some effort. First off, you'll need to smash some Demon/Crimson Altars with the Pwnhammer that you get from defeating the Wall of Flesh. This will bless your world with new ores, including Mythril. Mine enough Mythril Ore (you'll need 10 Mythril Bars), head to a Furnace to smelt those bars, and voila—you can craft your Mythril Anvil at an Iron or Lead Anvil. Just remember, mining Mythril Ore requires a pickaxe or drill with at least 110% pickaxe power.

You can't just find a Mythril Anvil lying around; you gotta earn it! Beat the Wall of Flesh, break some altars, mine that shiny green Mythril, smelt it, and craft the anvil. Piece of cake... or piece of ore?

Honestly, just skip the Mythril Anvil and go for the Orichalcum Anvil if your world spawns Orichalcum instead of Mythril. It does everything the Mythril Anvil does but is pink. Plus, who doesn't like pink?
