You actually can't get Netflix on Xbox 360 without Xbox Live. You need at least a free Xbox Live account to access Netflix.

Been there, tried that! Unfortunately, you need Xbox Live (even the free version) to stream Netflix on the Xbox 360. Sign up and you're good to go!
