You can get night bells from Memory Matches or by purchasing them from the Night Bundle in the Ticket Tent! Also, sometimes you might get lucky and find them in sprouts during nighttime.

Just grind the Memory Matches in the Mountain Top Field or buy them with tickets in the Ticket Tent. Easy peasy!
