Easy peasy! To get Nightmare Fuel in Terraria Calamity, you need to defeat the bosses during the Pumpkin Moon event. The event itself is post-Plantera, so make sure you've beat Plantera first. After that, use the Pumpkin Moon Medallion at night, and as you progress through the waves, the bosses will start dropping Nightmare Fuel. Good luck, and pack plenty of potions!
