You'll need a lot of luck and patience! Nika fruit can be obtained from opening fruit crates, and those crates are available in the in-game shop. Keep grinding those battles and quests to earn Berries and buy those crates!

Simple answer: grind for those Berries and open crates. If you're lucky, you'll get the Nika fruit!
