Easy peasy! Just equip a clothing item that covers your legs entirely (like a long shirt) and then remove your pants from your avatar. Voilà, no pants effect!

From my experience, the best way is to wear a very long accessory like a coat or long T-shirt. Then remove your pants, and it’ll look like you’re not wearing any!
