Easy peasy! To get yourself an Obsidian Skull in Terraria, you gotta mine some Obsidian first. Make sure you have a pickaxe that's capable of mining Obsidian, like the Nightmare Pickaxe or better. Once you've mined 20 Obsidian blocks, head over to a Furnace and craft the Obsidian Skull. This nifty accessory grants immunity to fire block damage - super handy for exploring those fiery biomes!
Honestly? I never bother with the Obsidian Skull. Sure, it sounds cool being immune to fire blocks, but there are way better accessories out there. Just layer up on some potions and you're golden.
