Oca Oca can be found in the Indigo Quarry, which is unlocked after you activate the slime gate there. They're usually in the patches of veggies, mostly near the rock slimes.

Check the Indigo Quarry for Oca Oca. Easy to spot once you get the jetpack!

You've gotta head to the Indigo Quarry to find them. Look for veggie spots, especially near the pink or rock slimes!
