You can get Octavia parts from three places: the Neuroptics from the Lua music puzzle, the Chassis from the Orokin Derelict Survival, and the Systems from the Cunning Test on Lua. Have fun jamming with Octavia!

From personal experience, getting Octavia's parts can be a bit of a grind, especially the Lua music puzzle. But once you have her, she's totally worth it! Each part drops in different missions: Neuroptics from Lua music room puzzle, Chassis from Orokin Derelict Survival, and Systems from Lua Cunning Test.
