You can't get old accounts that belong to other users. But if you lost access to your own, try contacting Roblox Support with as much info as possible about the account!
You can鈥檛 just get old accounts that aren鈥檛 yours. Stick to creating your own and enjoy the game.
Had the same issue before! I contacted Roblox Support with my old email and some account details. They helped me get it back pretty quickly.
