Oh, snagging Old Reliable is pretty straightforward if you know where to look! Just make your way to Acadia in the Far Harbor expansion. Once you're there, find Dejen; he's the vendor who'll sell you this legendary lever-action rifle. Make sure you've got enough caps, though, because good gear doesn't come cheap in the wasteland!

Honestly, just make sure you have the Far Harbor DLC, or it鈥檚 a no-go for Old Reliable. Without it, you can kiss that sweet rifle goodbye.
