If you switched devices, the first thing to check is whether you had cloud saving enabled on your original device. If you did, you could simply log in with the same Bethesda.net account on your new device, and your vaults should sync up. Managed to get mine back by logging into my Bethesda account. Had cloud save on, so it was pretty straightforward. Just make sure you鈥檙e using the same account you were before!
