There's no magic wand for shiny Pokemon, but you'll increase your chances during special events or Community Days. Just keep catching 'em all!

Pro Tip: Raid battles and events often have increased shiny rates. Always participate in those if you're hunting shinies.

You can't ONLY get shiny Pokemon in Pokémon GO, but you can maximize your chances by playing during events with boosted shiny rates.

Shiny hunting requires patience! Attend Community Days, participate in events, and make sure to click on as many Pokemon as you can.

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
