Do Dark Sector missions on Ceres - they have a high drop rate and extra loot to boot.
Hot take: Just buy them from the market if you wanna save time. Sometimes your sanity is worth a few Platinum.
As a veteran, I swear by farming in Derelict nodes. It's a bit creepy, but the drops make up for it. Bring Nekros for extra goodies.
