Honestly, just grind through the story mode. The more you play, the more Expert Missions unlock. Simple as that!
You can unlock more Expert Missions in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 by progressing through the main story and completing previous Expert Missions. Keep an eye out for NPCs with green question marks on your map; they usually offer new missions!
I just flew around Conton City a lot and talked to every NPC with a green question mark. That鈥檚 how I found most Expert Missions. Enjoy the grind!
