I added the Epic Games Launcher by going into desktop mode, downloading it from their website, and then adding it to my Steam library. Works like a charm!

You can get other launchers on the Steam Deck by switching to desktop mode and downloading the launcher you want. After installing, you can add it as a non-Steam game to your Steam library for easy access!

Just download the launcher in desktop mode and then add it to Steam as a non-Steam game. Easy peasy!

You don't need other launchers. Steam Deck plays most games just fine through Steam.
