How to exit Rec Room on Oculus?
Getting out of Rec Room on Oculus is easy! Just press and hold the Oculus button on your right controller. After a second or two, you'll see the universal menu pop up. From there, you can select 'Quit' to exit Rec Room and return to your Oculus home screen. It's like saying 'bye' to a virtual world and 'hello' again to your living room!

Seriously, it's super straightforward. Press the Oculus button, then navigate to the home screen and exit. Did it once by accident when I got jump scared in a quest!
