Getting out of the T-45 Power Armor in Fallout 4 is simple! Just press and hold the 'E' key on PC, the 'A' button if you're on Xbox, or the 'X' button on PS4. Remember, you can't exit the armor in certain locations or if you're in combat, so make sure you're in a safe spot first!
