To escape the True Lab, you need to complete the main puzzles and encounter all the True Lab monsters. Then, head back to the elevator, which should now be functioning.
Just keep exploring and solving the puzzles! Once you鈥檝e dealt with all the monsters, Alphys will call you, and you can go back to the elevator.
Don't worry; just keep going! When you finish the puzzles and meet all the monsters, the elevator will take you out.
