First, make a base connector or hatch using the Habitat Builder. Then, add a power source like a Solar Panel on top - voila! Oxygen flows.

From experience, I recommend building a Bioreactor for deeper bases, especially if sunlight's not an option, and then attach it to your base for oxygen.

You can get oxygen to your base by building a Habitat Builder and using it to construct a Solar Panel or Bioreactor. They'll provide power, which in turn allows for oxygen generation in your base!
