Getting Packie in GTA 5 is like finding an Easter egg on a Christmas tree! First, you gotta roam around Los Santos until you stumble upon a random event. This event happens near a drugstore in Strawberry where you'll see Packie McReary and his buddy trying to pull off a heist. Your job is to be the getaway driver. Drive them to safety and voila! Packie becomes available as a crew member for your heists. Remember, this event is random, so it might take a few tries cruising around the area before you find them.

Just drive around the Strawberry area until you see a blue dot on the map. That's Packie and his friend. Help them escape the cops, and Packie's yours for any heist.
Packie's overrated. Just stick to the other NPCs for your heists. Way less hassle than driving around hoping for a random event.
Honestly, I just stumbled upon him by accident. Was driving around, minding my own business, and there he was. Best accidental find ever.
