You can get a painter in Infinity Craft by visiting the Artisan's Guild in the central city. Make sure you have enough resources to hire them!
Hmm, not a fan of the painter option. I just use the regular builder NPC and paint myself. Keeps it simple.
Just craft a Painter's Summoning Scroll using pigments and a canvas at any crafting table. Easy peasy!
