Beat the Jackal on Venus and then clear the junction to Mars. It's a cakewalk once you get the hang of it!
You gotta finish all the missions on Mercury and defeat the Jackal. Once you do that, you unlock the junction to Mars.
Literally just do the missions and beat the Jackal. Next stop, Mars.
I recently did this! Just complete all missions on Mercury, then beat the Jackal on Venus. The Mars Junction will open up.
