Just keep killing. Force fields go bye-bye once you meet the required quota of monster eliminations in the area. Simple as that.

Forget the puzzles! In the Genocide route, you just need to exterminate every enemy in sight. Do that, and the force fields will vanish quicker than you can say 'determination.'

I remember getting stuck here too. Just make sure you've got enough kills under your belt in each area. The force fields will deactivate automatically once you've met the kill requirements. Good luck, and don't let Sans get in your head!

To get past the force fields in the Genocide run of Undertale, you just need to keep wiping out the enemies in each area. The force fields will deactivate once you've cleared enough monsters. So, keep grinding and slashing!
