For the Snowdin puzzle with the X and O buttons, step on the tiles to turn them into O's, then step on the only O button.
Pro-tip: Papyrus' spaghetti is always worth the effort! Can't tell you how many hours I've spent trying to solve that one... just press the switch hidden in the snow nearby.
